Muhammad Aswad Palla is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), and Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan (ICSP). He has a sound experience of working in Big 4 audit firms like KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co. Pakistan and Deloitte & Touche (Middle East), K.S.A. for about eight years, in Assurance, Tax and Financial Advisory Services. He has been working in different capacities from Accounts Manager to Senior Financial Controller for around 10 years in Toyota Saudi Arabia, one of the leading automotive company in K.S.A having country’s market share of nearly 40%.

Rehmatullah Malik is an experienced professional with skills and knowledge in the area of IT systems and Operations Management. He worked in National Commercial Bank (NCB), Saudi Arabia for 8 years as IT Process Manager and worked for around 6 years in Toyota Saudi Arabia as GM IT Governance and security.
